ACC Performance Products Plus, Inc. warrants its BOSS HOG Torque Converters against manufacturer's defects for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. The limited warranty will include bearings, Impeller Hubs, Turbine Hubs, Stator, Sprag, and the Piston. This warranty only covers our part only. Our parts are for Off Road use only & are not considered OEM replacement. Our parts are built for modified high performance aftermarket vehicles only.
NOTE: Improper Application, Improper Installation, Improper Fluids, Miss-Picked Stall Ranges, and torque converters that have been tampered with prior to our inspection are NOT covered under warranty. If any of our products have been cut open, modified or changed, the part is not eligible for warranty. Advertised stall ranges are based off of a specific vehicle setup. All stall ranges will vary depending upon the engine's set-up vs. the weight of the vehicle vs. the runout of the rear gear ratio with the height of the tire calculated in. Warranty Procedure
Call in and request an RGA (Return of Goods Authorization) number. All parts must be shipped in PREPAID to our location in Muscle Shoals, AL 35661 for inspection. If the part is found to be warranty and within the 90 days from the purchase, then ACC Performance will send the replacement or issue credit to the distributor that the part was purchased from only. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all alleged defective returns that cannot be verified.
Additional Customer Protection: Re-Stall / Re-Freshen Program
For 2 years from the date of purchase we will Re-Stall or Re-Freshen deals direct with the manufacturer. Starting at $150.00 for non-lock-up Night Stalker and Street Bandit Series converters, starting at $200.00 for lock-up Night Stalker and Street Bandit Series converters, and starting at $300.00 for OUT LAW RACING converters.
NOTE: We can also add Anti-Ballooning Plates for an additional $100.00 from the above pricing. We can also add a Sprag-less Solid Steel Clutch Eliminator for an additional $100.00. We also have a No-Prep Racing Converter that we can update to per request and converter. Freight is NOT included in any of the parts or prices.
