To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging without any oil in it for exchange.
Return Procedure
Call in and request an RGA (Return of Goods Authorization) number. All parts must be shipped in PREPAID to our location in Muscle Shoals, AL 35661 for inspection. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all alleged defective returns that cannot be verified.
Past 90 Days
We have a Re-Stall and Re-Freshen program we offer for those that are past 90 days, for a limited time. See our Limited Warranty for full details and pricing.
